色素膜恶性黑色素瘤是成年人较常见的眼部恶性肿瘤,好发于后部脉络膜,而发生于虹膜睫状体部则少见。本文报道一例虹膜睫状体恶性黑色素瘤,并结合临床指征予以分析。李某,女,44岁,农民,1987年5月26日住院。住院号:170880。患者从1986年12月底始觉左眼视力下降,近一月症状加重,未经治疗。发病以来,食欲减退,睡眠差,近十日来因左眼疼痛,来院就诊。眼部检查:右眼视力:1.5,眼压Tn,眼前节及眼底末见异常。左眼视力:CF/10cm,眼压T_(-1),结膜充血(+),裂隙灯检查:角膜上
Pigmented melanoma is a more common ocular malignancy in adults and occurs in the posterior choroid, but rare in the iris and ciliary body.
