辛味的归经最早见于《素问》,在《五藏生成篇》谓“肺欲辛”,是五合之一;《宣明五气篇》谓“辛入肺”,是五入之一;《至真要大论》谓“辛先入肺”。辛入肺的论点沿用至今。本文以《中药学》教材所载药物为依据,对此论点进行探讨。《中药学》所载正药中性味、归经俱全者414味其中辛味药154味占37.2%。辛味中纯辛者62味占40.3%,复合辛味92味占59.7%。一、辛味归经之一——与脏、腑的关系辛味与脏和腑的关系归纳如表1。经统计学处理结果表明:纯辛味药以入肺、胃、脾经为主;复合辛
The first taste of pungent odor was found in “Su Wen”. In the “Five Treasures Generation”, it was said that “the lungs want to sing.” It is one of the five categories; “Xuanming Wuqi” is regarded as “singing into the lungs” and is one of five types; “To be really big,” said that “Xin first into the lungs.” The reason for Xin Fei’s lungs is still in use today. This article is based on the drugs contained in the “Chinese Medicine” textbook and discusses this argument. The “Chinese Pharmacy” contains 414 tastes, which are 32.5% of the 154 tastes of pungent drugs. The taste of pure Xin in spicy flavors accounted for 40.3%, while the taste of compound pungent flavors accounted for 59.7%.
