2015年10月,长宁区率先在区层面创设“长宁终身教育与学习体验基地”——长宁市民学习中心,这是区学习办、社区学院根据市委一号课题“创新社区治理,加强基层建设”要求,对市教委推进“上海市民终身学习实践(体验)基地”工作进行的呼应与延伸。通过进一步整合利用社会公共教育资源来开拓更多学习场所,提供可体验的学习情境,提高终身教育服务能力,满足市民终身学习需求。
In October 2015, Changning District took the lead to set up “Changning Lifelong Education and Learning Experience Base” at the district level. This is a district learning office. According to the first issue of “ Grass-roots ”requirements, the Municipal Education Commission to promote “ Shanghai citizens lifelong learning practice (experience) base ”work for the echo and extension. By further integrating and utilizing social public education resources to open up more places for learning, providing an experience learning environment, improving lifelong education service capabilities and meeting the lifelong learning needs of the public.
