我们用~(125)Ⅰ标记血清前胶原Ⅲ(hPcⅢ)试剂盒检测慢性肝病及非肝病患者174例,现报告如下。 一、材料与方法 将1993年1～10月我院收治的131例慢性肝病患者(按1990年上海肝炎会议修订的标准确诊)和43例非肝病患者分为:①慢性HBsAg携带组(Ⅰ组):37例,男性22例,女性15例,年龄20～45岁,②慢性活动性肝炎组(Ⅱ组):38例,男性31例,女性7例,年龄21～61岁,③肝炎后肝硬化组(Ⅲ组):38例,男性29例,女性9例,年龄20～56岁,④原发性肝癌组(Ⅳ组):18
We use ~ (125) I labeled serum procollagen III (hPcIII) kit for detecting 174 cases of chronic liver disease and non-liver disease, are as follows. Materials and Methods One hundred and thirty-one patients with chronic liver disease (confirmed by the revised Shanghai Hepatitis Meeting in 1990) and 43 non-hepatopathy patients admitted to our hospital from January to October in 1993 were divided into: ① chronic HBsAg-carrying group (group Ⅰ ): 37 cases, 22 males and 15 females, aged 20 to 45 years; ② chronic active hepatitis group (group Ⅱ): 38 cases, 31 males and 7 females, aged 21 to 61 years, ③ after hepatitis Liver cirrhosis group (group Ⅲ): 38 cases, 29 males and 9 females, aged 20 to 56 years old, ④ primary liver cancer group (Ⅳ group): 18
