通过古代不同时期的本草对黄连药材的不同记述,结合部分现代研究的成果,解析本草中黄连药材名的建立与不同种质之间的相关关系,结果表明黄连药材自有应用记载以来,随着社会的进步、人口与需求的增加,人们的质量认识水平从黄连的产地划分到性状差异至种质资源异同等呈现逐步提高,使黄连药材名称从统一到细分,药材商品涉及我国黄连属所有植物的根茎,其中雅连在黄连药材的沿革中具有举足轻重的作用,拟为黄连属植物系统发育与个体分布、生态环境与药用种质资源等的相关性研究提供参考。
Through the different description of Coptis raw materials in different periods of ancient times, combined with the results of some modern studies, the relationship between the establishment of Coptis raw materials and the different germplasms in this plant was analyzed. The results showed that since Coptis has its own application records, The progress of society, the increase of population and demand, the quality of people’s cognition levels from the division of the origin of Coptis to the trait differences to germplasm resources similarities and differences appear gradually increased, the Coptis medicine name from unity to subdivision, herbs related to Coptis all Plant rhizomes, of which Ya Lian in the evolution of Coptis medicine plays a pivotal role in the development of Coptis intended for systemic distribution and individual distribution, ecological environment and medicinal germplasm resources and other related studies provide a reference.
