目的 探讨在“非典型肺炎”流行期间高校学生焦虑状况及其与应付方式之间的关系。方法 对江西某高校 3 1 6名本科生及研究生施测了焦虑自评量表和应付方式问卷。结果 1“非典”期间高校学生的焦虑水平远远高于全国常模 ;2不同性别与不同年龄阶段学生的焦虑水平无显著差异 ,但不同专业学生的焦虑水平差异较为显著。3高校学生的焦虑水平与其应付方式密切相关。其中与解决问题应付因子显著负相关 ,与自责、幻想、退避和合理化显著正相关 ;高焦虑组被试和低焦虑组被试在各应付因子上均存在显著性的差异 ;多元回归分析结果表明解决问题、自责和合理化因子对焦虑的预测作用较为明显。结论 在“非典型肺炎”流行期间 ,高校学生存在明显的焦虑 ,并且其焦虑状况与应付方式密切相关 ,加强高校学生应付能力的培养 ,有助于缓解其焦虑症状
Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ anxiety and coping styles during the “SARS” epidemic. Methods A questionnaire of self-rating anxiety scale and coping style was administered to 31 6 undergraduates and postgraduates in a university in Jiangxi Province. Results The anxiety level of college students during SARS 1 was far higher than that of the national norm. 2 There was no significant difference in anxiety levels among students of different sexes and different ages, but the difference of anxiety levels among different majors was significant. The anxiety level of college students is closely related to the coping style. There was a significant negative correlation between coping factors and self-reproach, fantasy, evasion and rationalization. There was a significant difference in each coping factor between high anxiety group and low anxiety group. Multiple regression analysis That the problem-solving, self-blame and rationalization factors predict the anxiety is more obvious. Conclusions During the epidemic of SARS, college students have obvious anxiety and their anxiety status is closely related to coping style. Strengthening the coping ability of college students helps to relieve their anxiety symptoms
