慢性出血坏死性上颌窦炎属慢性上颌窦炎的一种特殊类型,临床以血涕或鼻出血为主要症状,其病因和发病机制尚不明确。本文总结1987～1999年诊治42例的体会。1 临床资料本组42例中,男24例,女18例;年龄18～76岁,平均26岁。病程1个月～2年,其中1～2年为31例。全部病人均有鼻出血病史,以单侧为主,左侧19例,右侧23例,4例因大量鼻出血而休克;其它症状包括鼻塞、头痛、嗅觉减退,多伴有恶臭味。10例做过鼻息肉摘除
Chronic hemorrhagic necrotizing maxillary sinusitis is a special type of chronic maxillary sinusitis, blood or nasal bleeding as the main clinical symptoms, the etiology and pathogenesis is not yet clear. This article summarizes the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 42 cases from 1987 to 1999. 1 Clinical data 42 cases in this group, 24 males and 18 females; aged 18 to 76 years, mean 26 years. Duration of 1 month to 2 years, of which 1 to 2 years for 31 cases. All patients had a history of epistaxis, mainly unilateral, left 19 cases, right 23 cases, 4 cases of shock due to massive epistaxis; other symptoms include stuffy nose, headache, decreased smell, accompanied by foul smell. 10 cases of nasal polyps removed
