为了改进0.02Pb(Y1/2Nb1/2 )O3-yPbTiO3-(1- 0.02- y)PbZrO3 系压电陶瓷的电学性能和力学性能,作者研究了多种常用添加物对0.02Pb (Y1/2Nb1/2 )O3 -yPbTiO3 -(1- y- 0.02)PbZrO3 三元系压电陶瓷性能的作用, 探讨了不同烧结温度对材料性能的影响。实验结果表明, Sr2+ 和Ba2+ 作为同价取代元素能够提高0.02Pb(Y1/2Nb1/2 ) O3 -yPbTiO3 -(1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 系材料的机电耦合系数(kp、k33 、kt)、介电常数和压电系数, 降低机械品质因数Qm ; Li+ 、Cr3+ 、Mn2+ 、Ni3+ 、Fe3+ 等金属离子加入0.02Pb (Y1/2Nb1/2) O3-yPbTiO3-(1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 会提高材料的机械品质因数, 同时也会损害介电、压电性能, 降低弹性柔顺系数, 体现了硬性添加物的一般特性; 退火对0.02Pb (Y1/2Nb1/2) O3 -yPbTiO3- (1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 压电材料性能有促进作用。
In order to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of 0.02Pb (Y1 / 2Nb1 / 2) O3-yPbTiO3- (1- 0.02-y) PbZrO3 piezoelectric ceramics, the authors investigated the effect of various common additives on the electrical properties and mechanical properties of 0.02Pb Y1 / 2Nb1 / 2) O3 -yPbTiO3 - (1-y- 0.02) PbZrO3 ternary piezoelectric ceramics were investigated. The effects of different sintering temperatures on the properties of the materials were discussed. The experimental results show that Sr2 + and Ba2 + can increase the electromechanical coupling coefficient (kp, k33, kt) of 0.02Pb (Y1 / 2Nb1 / 2) O3 -yPbTiO3 - (1- 0.02- ), Dielectric constant and piezoelectric coefficient, and mechanical quality factor Qm; and adding 0.02Pb (Y1 / 2Nb1 / 2) O3-yPbTiO3- (1- 0.02- PbZrO3 will improve the mechanical quality factor of the material, meanwhile it will also damage the dielectric and piezoelectric properties and reduce the elastic compliant coefficient, which reflects the general characteristics of the hard additive. The annealing of 0.02Pb (Y1 / 2Nb1 / 2) O3 - yPbTiO3- (1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 piezoelectric materials have a role in promoting.
