本文借助等K换算的二维化处理对EPRI方法在表面裂纹问题上的应用作了探讨。对两种材质、不同尺寸的表面裂纹平板试件的启裂载荷、断裂载荷及扩展量进行计算并与试验值加以比较,认为采用本文方法进行工程估算是可行的。全面屈服后发生断裂的情况,估算值得出了偏低的结果,对此进行了分析和讨论。与改进的双准则法对比分析后,认为二者的基本思想及方法是一致的。
In this paper, we discuss the application of EPRI method to the surface crack problem by means of the two-dimensional processing such as K conversion. The crack initiation load, the fracture load and the expansion of two kinds of materials and different sizes of surface cracked plate specimens are calculated and compared with the experimental values. It is considered that it is feasible to use the method of this article for engineering estimation. After the complete yield fracture occurred, the estimated value obtained a low result, which were analyzed and discussed. Contrasted with the improved double-criterion method, the basic ideas and methods of the two are consistent.
