在普通高校大学生心理健康问题日益严重的今天,《音乐欣赏》课程能对大学生学习和生活中的不良情绪起到缓解和释放作用,促进大学生的心理健康发展。音乐教师可以有效利用普通高校《音乐欣赏》课程“以情感人”的优势,将心理健康教育内容巧妙地融入音乐欣赏教学之中。《音乐欣赏》课程使大学生在音乐审美过程中,不但受到美的熏陶,增强了审美能力,还在不知不觉中实现了美到善的转化,树立起良好的社会道德准则和正确的人生观。
Nowadays, the mental health of undergraduates in colleges and universities is worsening day by day. The course of “music appreciation” can relieve and release the unhealthy emotion in college students’ study and life, and promote their mental health development. Music teachers can make effective use of the “Music Appreciation” course in ordinary colleges and universities and their advantages of “emotional person” to skillfully integrate mental health education into music appreciation teaching. The course of “Music Appreciation” enables college students not only to be influenced by beauty and enhance their aesthetic ability during the process of music appreciation, but also to realize the transformation of beauty and goodness imperceptibly and establish good social moral standards and a correct outlook on life.
