(一)对县委书记进行岗位职务培训准备工作及试点班基本情况的回顾 根据省委安排,省委党校承担了对县委书记(含副书记,下同)进行岗位职务的培训任务。自从中央组织部提出对县级党政主要领导干部进行岗位职务培训以来,根据省委干部教育工作领导小组部署,我校于1988年3月7日至6月23日,举办了试点班。试点班共开设了3类、8门(哲学、政经、科社、党建、领导科学、经济管理、法学、县经济)主课和7个方面(伦理学、逻辑学、苏东经济体制改革、当代国际政治与经济、经济法、我国劳动工资制度改革、当前台
