实行“以人为本”的企业柔性管理是人类社会文明发展的客观要求,也是当今经济全球一体化条件下企业能够真正走向国际市场的必然选择。2008年以来,我国全面实施新的《劳动合同法》,对企业劳资关系引起了新一轮振动,对调和劳资关系中存在的诸多矛盾和冲突起到积极作用。笔者认为,企业全面推行“以人为本”的柔性管理,对推进构建和谐企业具有重大现实意义。
The implementation of “people-oriented” flexible management of enterprises is an objective requirement for the development of civilization in human society. It is also an inevitable choice for enterprises to truly enter the international market under the conditions of economic globalization. Since 2008, the full implementation of the new “Labor Contract Law” in our country has triggered a new round of vibration in the relations between the enterprises and employers, and has played a positive role in reconciling the many contradictions and conflicts that exist in the relations between employers and employees. The author believes that the full implementation of enterprise “people-oriented” flexible management, to promote the building of a harmonious enterprise of great practical significance.
