随着经济的可持续发展,建筑工程也在不断地进步,虽然建筑工程能够给企业带来丰厚的利润,但是它也给企业的管理带来了很大的难题。建筑企业在发展的过程中,由于各种因素的影响造成建筑的施工质量,施工进度乃至施工安全都得不到有效的保证。想要减少上述状况的发生,就必须要加强建筑企业的管理,并且结合有利的对策,从根本上保证工程的施工质量,避免给企业带来经济损失。文章主要分析了房屋建筑施工管理存在的问题及对策。
