对我国高校图书馆联盟中电子资源共建共享的现状和建设发展进行描述、分析,剖析高校图书馆联盟与电子资源共享之间的内在联系,指出电子资源共享遇到地缘限制、技术革新、信息内容与利用方式变化等问题。高校图书馆联盟要克服电子资源共享瓶颈,就要有意识地进行突破性创新、改变观念,根据数字图书馆的服务特征,重新调整馆藏发展方向,调整建设方向,完善架构。
