目的 :探讨胸腰椎骨折的中西医结合治疗方法及疗效。方法 :对 4 2例胸腰椎骨折并神经损伤患者行椎弓根内固定、椎管减压、中药辨证治疗。结果 :随访 6～ 2 8月 ,平均 16月 ,发现受伤的胸腰椎高度及生理曲度基本恢复正常 ,且神经功能恢复的总有效率为 92 .8%。结论 :椎弓根内固定结合中药治疗胸腰椎骨折可获良好疗效。
Objective: To explore the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with traditional Chinese and western medicine and its curative effect. Methods: Forty-two patients with thoracolumbar fractures and nerve injury underwent pedicle screw fixation, decompression of vertebral canal and TCM syndrome differentiation. Results: The follow-up ranged from June to August, with an average of 16 months. The height and physiological curvature of the injured thoracolumbar returned to normal, and the total effective rate of recovery of nerve function was 92.8%. Conclusion: The treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with pedicle screw fixation and traditional Chinese medicine can achieve good results.
