由于高速和城际客运专线的引入以及运量的不断增长,铁路枢纽需要扩建既有客运站或新建客运站。客运站选址问题研究的是既有客运站的扩建方案以及新建客运站的数量和位置。客运站分工问题研究的是当枢纽内设置有多个客运站时,各客运站运输任务的合理分配。客运站选址与分工问题研究的是两问题的协同优化,以旅客的支付费用和铁路的投资建设费用最少为目标,以客运站的始发终到和通过能力限制、线路的旅客列车通过能力限制、旅客的出行需求以及投资建设资金限制为约束,构建这一问题的多目标非线性混合整数规划模型。结合问题特点,设计基于枚举、最短路和线性规划的搜索算法。算例表明该模型和算法的可行性。
Due to the introduction of high-speed and inter-city passenger lanes and the continuous growth of traffic, the railway hub needs to expand existing passenger terminals or new passenger terminals. Combining the characteristics of the problem, we design a search algorithm based on enumeration, shortest path and linear programming. The example shows the feasibility of the model and algorithm.
