对于零售商负责回收模式下闭环供应链的回收再制造过程,假设新产品和再制造产品存在一定替代关系,批发和零售价格不同,而且回收价格也不同。通过构建模型给出分散决策和集中决策下不同产品的差别定价策略,并进一步比较相应的利润,引入收益共享契约来对闭环供应链系统进行协调。又通过具体算例验证模型的正确性,并分析新产品和再制造产品替代关系对利润的影响,指出如何对闭环供应链系统进行协调。研究结果表明:分散决策相比于集中决策会造成效率损失,导致供应链失调,引入收益共享契约可以很好解决这一问题;新产品和再制造产品替代程度的越高,闭环供应链系统各个成员的利润和系统总利润越大。
For retailers responsible for recycling closed-loop supply chain recovery and remanufacturing process, assuming that new products and remanufactured products have some alternative relationship, the wholesale and retail prices are different, and the recycling price is also different. By constructing a model, the disparate pricing strategies for different products under decentralized and centralized decision-making are given, and the corresponding profits are further compared, and revenue-sharing contracts are introduced to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain system. The correctness of the model is verified by a specific example.
