目的观察倍他乐克对扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法将127例病员随机分成两组,观察疗效。结果两组临床症状、生活质量均有明显改善(心累、气紧、水肿减轻,可从事轻体力活动),治疗组优于对照组。结论倍他乐克治疗扩张型心肌病使患者临床症状、血流动力学改善,提高患者生活质量,降低再住院率与猝死。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Betaloc against dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods 127 patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe the curative effect. Results The clinical symptoms and quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved (heart tiredness, tightness of the air, edema alleviated, light physical activity can be engaged), and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion The treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy clinical symptoms, hemodynamic improvement, improve patient quality of life, reduce the rate of rehospitalization and sudden death.
