目的:研究BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及意义。方法:应用半定量RT-PCR、Western-blot方法检测BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性病变和正常卵巢组织中的mRNA和蛋白表达。结果:BMP-2、BMPRⅠB、BMPRⅡ的mRNA和蛋白在卵巢癌组织的表达明显低于正常及良性病变卵巢组织,而BMPRⅠA在3种组织的表达无统计学差异。结论:BMP-2、BMPRⅠB、BMPRⅡ在卵巢癌的发生发展中可能起一定的作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of BMP-2 and its receptors BMPRⅠA, BMPRⅠB and BMPRⅡin epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: The mRNA and protein expressions of BMP-2, BMPRⅠA, BMPRⅠB and BMPRⅡin epithelial ovarian cancer, benign ovarian lesions and normal ovarian tissues were detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western-blot. Results: The mRNA and protein expressions of BMP-2, BMPRⅠB and BMPRⅡ in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in normal and benign lesions. There was no significant difference in BMPRⅠA expression among the three tissues. Conclusion: BMP-2, BMPRⅠB and BMPRⅡ may play a role in the development of ovarian cancer.
