三羟基萤光酮是一类高灵敏度显色剂,此类试剂与二价过渡金属离子的显色反应报道很少,我们就此类试剂与铜(Ⅱ)在CTMAB存在下的显色反应特征进行了初步的研究。本文研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-SAF-CTMAB-Brij-35混合表面活性剂体系,并就某些反应特征与相应的单一表面活性剂体系进行了比较研究。我们的实验表明:Cu-SAF-CTMAB-Brij-35体系具有更宽的适宜酸度范围,更高的灵敏度和更好的选择性。我们拟订了不经特殊分离测定化探样品及纯铝中的微量铜的分析方法,结果令人满意。
Trihydroxyfluoresceinone is a kind of high sensitivity reagent. The chromogenic reaction of these reagents with divalent transition metal ions is rarely reported. The color reaction of these reagents with copper (Ⅱ) in the presence of CTMAB A preliminary study. In this paper, Cu (Ⅱ) -SAF-CTMAB-Brij-35 mixed surfactant system was studied, and some reaction characteristics and the corresponding single surfactant system were compared. Our experiments show that: Cu-SAF-CTMAB-Brij-35 system has a wider range of suitable acidity, higher sensitivity and better selectivity. We have developed a non-specific separation of geochemical samples and pure copper in the analysis of trace amounts of copper, the results are satisfactory.
