利用~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR和DEPT~(13)C NMR核磁共振详细研究了不同基属原油生产的六种加氢润滑油基础油烃类结构组成。结果表明:支化度与基础油粘温性能有负的相关性,支化度越大,粘温性能越差,粘度指数越低。不同基属原油生产的基础油烃类结构符合相应原油特性。基础油碳类型含量的分布影响着基础油烃类组成结构,正构烷烃含量和亚甲基含量高的基础油的粘度指数高,而支链甲基含量和次甲基含量高的基础油粘度指数低。
The hydrocarbon structure of six kinds of hydrogenated lube base oil produced from different base crude oil was studied in detail by ~ 1H NMR, ~ (13) C NMR and DEPT ~ (13) C NMR. The results show that the degree of branching has a negative correlation with the viscosity-temperature dependence of the base oil. The larger the degree of branching, the worse the viscosity-temperature performance and the lower the viscosity index. Different base oil production base oil hydrocarbon structure corresponds to the characteristics of the corresponding crude oil. The distribution of base oil carbon type content affects the composition of the base oil hydrocarbons. The viscosity index of the base oil with high n-paraffin content and high methylene content is high while the viscosity of the base oil with high methylidene content and methine content Low index.
