本文提出用电子探针对基质中含有颗物的试样定量分析的原理和方法。对基质中颗粒物里的组成元素或化合物,引入了有效占有度W,把体系化分为集中分布和非集中分布,给出了有颗粒物存在时求平均成份的基本方式,建立了物理模型方法,给出了集中分布情况下ZAF校正中的参量修正分式和求W的表式。最后对上述理论进行了实验验证。
This paper presents the principle and method of quantitative analysis of the sample containing the substance in the matrix by electron probe. The effective occupancy W is introduced into the constituent elements or compounds in the particles in the matrix, and the systemization is divided into concentrated distribution and non-central distribution. The basic method for obtaining the average composition in the presence of particles is given. The physical model method is established, The formulas of parameter correction and W for ZAF correction under concentrated distribution are given. Finally, the above theory is verified experimentally.
