本研究对象为金泽大学医学部附属医院齿科口腔外科门诊及住院的术前完全没有应用抗生素的127例患者.用TF 培养基(日本.东京)30ml,注入用橡胶盖密封的负压培养瓶中。拔牙后5分钟内,将下肢采血部位先后用聚烯吡酮碘及0.4%洗必泰液消毒,用灭菌注射器采下肢静脉血3ml 注入TF 培养基中,37℃进行培养。增菌培养24、72、168小时,然后分别涂于TF 血液寒天平板基上,需氧菌24小时、厌氧菌48小时在平板
