人工挖孔扩底灌注桩承载力高,在武汉高层建筑中被广泛采用。但在以老粘性土为持力层的人工挖孔扩底灌注桩中,常常由于存在质量问题,导致实测极限承载力不及设计值的一半。本文分析了人工挖孔扩底灌注桩产生质量问题的主要原因,并针对典型的质量问题,提出了有效的预防措施,来保证桩的质量;同时通过选定合适的检测方法,以确保桩检结果的准确性。
The artificial digging hole expanded bottom pile has high bearing capacity and is widely used in high-rise buildings in Wuhan.
