当前机加工不锈钢螺帽均采用锻压六棱柱的不锈钢条车制而成,锻烧面上的黑色氧化膜,一般刨削去除,费时、费料。为此,我们用化学抛光的方法去除表面黑色膜层,达到了光洁、装饰的要求。不锈钢表面的化学抛光是氧化皮中含有的金属氧化物与酸反应形成的H,一部分还原成氢气,起机械顶裂和剥落表面膜层的作用,还有部分H把高价氧化膜层还原成低价氧化膜层,迅速与酸反应而溶解,从而去除黑色膜层。
