用粉末X射线衍射仪、红外吸收光谱、29Si魔角固体核磁共振、超微量电子真空吸附天平及化学分析研究水热处理对硅沸石(silicalite-1)的结构及吸附性质的影响.长期的高温水热处理,使含钠量不同的硅沸石发生结构脱铝、脱羟基作用,并会改变硅沸石骨架在室温时的对称性.经长期的高温水热处理,钠含量低的硅沸石,其Si—OH及Si(1Al)结构缺陷会消失,晶格趋于完美,而钠含量高的硅沸石,会发生部分骨架崩塌.硅沸石的疏水亲有机物的吸附性质主要取决于微观的结构缺陷.
The effects of hydrothermal treatment on the structure and adsorption properties of silicalite-1 were investigated by powder X-ray diffractometry, infrared absorption spectroscopy, 29Si magic angle solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance, ultra-trace e-vacuum balance and chemical analysis. Long-term high-temperature hydrothermal treatment, the sodium content of different zeolite structural de-alumination, dehydroxylation, and will change the silicalite framework at room temperature symmetry. After long-term high-temperature hydrothermal treatment, the low content of sodium silicate zeolite, its Si-OH and Si (1Al) structural defects disappear, the lattice tends to perfect, and high sodium content of zeolite, partial skeleton collapse occurs. The adsorption properties of hydrophobic zeolites of silicalite mainly depend on microstructural defects.
