以新疆原油为原料,选择高分子聚合物作为活化剂,进行了原油强化蒸馏的研究。结果证明,加入少量高分子活性添加物可以提高馏分重量收率3个百分点以上。活化剂的加入改变了石油分散系统分子间的相互作用,将体系调节到最稳定状态,达到最大分散程度和最小粘度值,从而获得最高的馏分收率。
Taking crude oil in Xinjiang as raw material and macromolecule polymer as activator, the research on intensified distillation of crude oil was carried out. The results show that adding a small amount of polymer active additives can increase the weight fraction of more than 3 percentage points. The addition of activator changed the intermolecular interaction of petroleum dispersion system, and the system was adjusted to the most stable state to reach the maximum degree of dispersion and the minimum viscosity, so as to obtain the highest yield of distillate.
