以往,根据肉眼观察混凝土出现裂缝来确定混凝土的承载能力是不合理的,因为肉眼能见裂缝出现以前混凝土内部早己出现微裂缝。为此,必须研制一种能监测混凝土内部微裂缝发生和发展的仪器,才能较准确地确定混凝土的承载能力。作者根据声发射原理研制了一种能监测混凝土内部微裂缝的电子仪器,定名为混凝土断裂测定仪。仪器研制成功后,经室内试验和现场观测使用,性能稳定,精度较高,效果良好,使用也比较方便。本文简要介绍仪器的工作原理,构造、设计过程和使用中应注意的问题等。
In the past, it was unreasonable to determine the concrete carrying capacity by observing cracks in the concrete with the naked eye because the microcracks had already appeared inside the concrete before the naked eye could see the cracks. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an instrument capable of monitoring the occurrence and development of microcracks in concrete so that the carrying capacity of concrete can be determined more accurately. According to the principle of acoustic emission, the author has developed an electronic instrument capable of monitoring microcracks in concrete and is named as concrete fracture tester. After the successful development of the instrument, the indoor test and field observation and use, stable performance, high precision, good effect, the use of more convenient. This article briefly describes the working principle of the instrument, structure, design process and should pay attention to the use of such issues.
