当今,以培养学生的“创新精神和创造能力”为核心的素质教育已为全社会人士所共识,所以,我们的教学方式、方法也需要不断的改进。不能再重复过去老师讲学生记的简单教学模式,而应通过教师的引导,开发学生身上蕴藏着的潜能(包括兴趣、情感、意志、性格等),使之转化为学生学习、生活的动力。进而提高教学质量,使学生在创造中学习。如何去开发和引导学生呢?一,培养学生的学习兴趣兴趣能使人集中精力去获取知识,是学习过程中的强大动力。
Nowadays, quality education centered on cultivating students’ “innovative spirit and creative ability” has become the consensus of all people in the society. Therefore, our teaching methods and methods also need continuous improvement. We should not repeat the simple teaching mode that the teacher told the students to remember in the past. Instead, we should develop the latent potential (including interests, emotions, will, character, etc.) hidden in the students through teachers ’guidance so that they can be transformed into students’ motivation to learn and live. And then improve the quality of teaching so that students learn to create. How to develop and guide students? First, to develop students interest in learning can make people concentrate on access to knowledge is a powerful driving force in the learning process.
