旅游企业失信事件频频发生。服务质量信用是旅游企业生存发展过程中的关键变量,政府、社会及消费者对旅游服务质量信用状况极为关注。本文以推动旅游供给侧改革为出发点,研究旅游服务质量信用评价,首先确定了旅游服务质量信用评价指标体系,然后构建了旅游服务质量信用评价模型,并以旅游景区为研究对象,进行了实证研究。
Tourism enterprises dishonesty happen frequently. Quality of service credit is a key variable in the survival and development of tourism enterprises, and government, society and consumers are extremely concerned about the quality of travel service credit. Based on the promotion of tourism supply-side reform, this paper studies the credit evaluation of tourism service quality. Firstly, it establishes the index system of credit evaluation of tourism service quality, and then constructs the model of credit evaluation of tourism service quality, and takes the tourist attraction as the research object. .
