国际化是当前全球高等教育发展的显著特征和基本趋势。本文通过对国际化内涵的分析,构建起一个大学国际化水平的评价指标体系,旨在帮助大学确立自身的国际化程度,了解自身国际化发展的优势和劣势,以及在这方面的改进策略。评价指标体系由横向和纵向两个维度构成:横向维度分为内向国际化和外向国际化;纵向维度包括教育理念的国际化、人员构成与交流、教学的国际化、科研的国际化以及管理运营的国际化。 Internationalization is the salient feature and basic trend of the current global higher education development. By analyzing the connotation of internationalization, this article builds a university internationalization evaluation index system, which aims to help universities establish their own internationalization level, understand the advantages and disadvantages of their own internationalization development, and improve strategies in this area.
