资金问题是任何企业生存发展的重要问题,“现金为王”也是市场经济条件下企业管理的头等大事。施工企业占用资金量大,生产周期长,要求更为健康的现金流。中小建筑施工企业资金窘迫,融资难是长期困扰该行业发展的大问题,本文对我中小建筑施工企业财务现状和融资情况进行了分析,并提出解决建筑施工企业融资难问题的建议。
