本文以能源需求函数作为基本回归方程,以我国2000~2013年30个省的面板数据为样本,加入了产业结构、外商直接投资和技术进步等控制变量,运用固定效应进行实证回归,分析了我国各地区的贸易开放度、对外出口与能源消费之间的关系。研究结果显示,仅从对外出口来看,出口规模越大,能源作为投入要素消耗的就越多。但是,综合贸易开放中的多种因素,在规模效应小于技术效应与结构效应之和的情况下,贸易开放度越高,能源利用效率就越高。因此,大力提升技术与结构效应在对外出口中的作用,对于我国外贸的可持续发展及节能减排政策的落实具有重要意义。
In this paper, the energy demand function is taken as the basic regression equation. Taking the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2013 as samples, we add the control variables such as industrial structure, foreign direct investment and technological progress and make empirical regression using the fixed effect. The degree of trade openness in various regions and the relationship between exports and energy consumption. The results show that only from the point of view of export, the larger the scale of export, the more energy is consumed as input factor. However, in the process of comprehensive trade liberalization, if the economies of scale are smaller than the sum of technological effects and structural effects, the more open trade will be, the higher energy efficiency will be. Therefore, vigorously upgrading the role of technology and structure in exporting is of great significance to the sustainable development of China’s foreign trade and the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies.
