统计方法在日常生活和生产中的应用十分广泛,现在,笔者就简单统计图表的教学,发表几点建议。一、重视组织学生搜集原始数据在教学统计图表这部分内容时,不能满足于教材中提供的原始数据,而要组织发动学生结合校内外的实际,深入调查研究。如:调查本校各年级男、女少先队员的人数,每个学生家庭近几年经济收入的情况,某企业去年下半年的产值……然后,把搜集到的资料(数据),分类整理,制表绘图。这不仅能激发学生学习统计图表知识的兴趣,更有助于学生具体地理解统计方法的实际意义。
