2.功能的评价方法 (1)最低费用法这一方法是以功能的最低费用来计量功能的。所谓功能的最低费用,就是为实现功能所必要的成本。步骤如下: A.确定一台机械或部件的全部零件的现实成本。现实成本指的是目前的实际成本。 B.把零件的现实成本换算成功能成本。
