Executive summaryrnThe goal of this study is to find out if people would be interested in obtaining an online personal training as a part of their workout routine. This could be either added to or used in replacement of their regular in-gym session workout routines, or classes. Through analysis of our survey results, we would like to determine the most leveraged initial target market segment (age, current exercise regimen and demographics) that would be interested in gaining this type of a service, and the price point sensitivity to balance quick subscription growth versus profitability of having provided this service. By conducting this research, we will be able to determine whether or not people would like to join an online trainer service and if so, how much would they be willing to pay for this type of a service. It is important because we will be submitting this research results to the Co-Founder and the CEO of Parameter Fitness, Mr. Rodger Steward. To assist him in his marketing decisions for his business going forward. Based on our results that we have for constructs such as price, age, income and other parameters, he will use this as a base for deciding who to target with Parameter Fitness as the initial stages are most crucial to the growth of his company.
