世界卫生组织(1970)曾介绍了测定德国小蠊Blattella germanica(Linnaeus)对狄氏剂、马拉硫磷、地亚农等杀虫剂敏感性的标准方法。Chadwick(1972)用此方法测定了德国小蠊对49种杀虫剂的击倒时间。为了便于观察,我们在方法上略加改进,测定了德国小蠊对国内已研制的26种杀虫剂的击倒中时(KT_(50)和24小时的死亡率。
The World Health Organization (1970) introduced a standard method of determining the susceptibility of German cockroach Blattella germanica (Linnaeus) to dieldrin, malathion, desonin and other insecticides. Chadwick (1972) measured the knock-out time of Blattella germanica against 49 pesticides using this method. In order to facilitate the observation, we slightly improved the method and determined the mortality of cockroach Blattella against domestic insecticides (KT 50 and 24 hours).
