目的了解中小学生安全知识、安全技能现状,分析影响中小学生安全知识和技能的相关因素。方法对分层抽样确定的4600名中小学生进行问卷调查,利用EpiData3.0建立数据库,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果中小学生日常生活安全知识的掌握好于灾害知识,其中触电防护、煤气中毒、溺水抢救知识知晓率最高,分别达到24.8%,24.1%和20.9%。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,普通学校、父母不经常主动告知安全知识是安全知识得分的不利因素;而女生、高年级、父亲文化程度较高、家庭年总收入较高是安全知识得分的有利因素。学生在触电防护、楼内失火逃生技能方面的正确回答率分别为91.6%和88.0%,仅有29.2%的学生报告会正确使用灭火器。结论中小学生安全知识和安全技能掌握较差,需要进一步加强学生安全知识和技能的教育。
Objective To understand the status quo of primary and secondary school students’ safety knowledge and safety skills and to analyze the relevant factors that affect the safety knowledge and skills of primary and middle school students. Methods 4600 primary and middle school students determined by stratified sampling were surveyed, the database was established by using EpiData3.0, and SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results Primary and secondary school students had better knowledge of daily life safety than disaster knowledge. Among them, the knowledge of electric shock protection, gas poisoning and drowning rescue was the highest, reaching 24.8%, 24.1% and 20.9% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ordinary schools and parents did not take the initiative to tell the safety knowledge is the unfavorable factor of safety knowledge score; girls, senior, father’s education level is higher, the total annual household income is a favorable factor for safety knowledge score . Students answered 91.6% and 88.0% of the respondents respectively in electroshock protection and fire escape in the building. Only 29.2% of the students reported using the fire extinguisher correctly. Conclusions Primary and secondary school students have poor knowledge of safety and safety skills and need to further enhance students’ safety knowledge and skills education.
