建立深度融合的校企合作机制是高职教育人才培养的重要保障。江苏省高职校企合作存在合作意愿上的单向度、合作空间上的点对点及规模小等局限。共建学院和科技实体能够整合合作双方的资源优势、实现院校和企业的利益需求均衡。建立长效合作机制应坚持因地制宜,利益均衡是建立深度融合、长效合作的基础,对于无法满足企业需求的合作项目应建立利益补偿机制,修订和制定相关法律法规,保障企业参与职业教育责任的落实。
The establishment of a deep integration of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is an important guarantee for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. There is the one-way cooperation intention of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation in Jiangsu Province, the point-to-point cooperation and small scale in cooperation space. Co-founded colleges and technology entities can integrate the resource advantages of both parties so that the interests of institutions and enterprises can be balanced.
