原国家建委颁发的《工业与民用建筑地基基础设计规范TJ7—74》(简称《地基规范》)和《工业与民用建筑工程地质勘察规范TJ21—77》(简称《勘察规范》),已经分别试行多年了,并在全国勘察设计工作中起了很重要的作用。但也应当指出,这两本规范还存在某些值得进一步研究的问题。本文拟就试行中所遇到的几个主要问题,提出几点商榷性意见。
The original “TJ7-74 Industrial and Civil Building Foundation Design Specification” (“Foundation Standard”) and “TJ21-77 Industrial and Civil Construction Engineering Geological Survey Specification” (“Reconnaissance Specification”) issued by the former State Construction Commission have been tried out separately. For many years, it has played an important role in the national survey and design work. However, it should also be pointed out that there are still some problems worthy of further study in these two specifications. This article proposes several major issues encountered in the trial, and put forward several commercial opinions.
