珩磨时必须使用珩磨液(又称珩磨油),以冲去磨粒和油石上粘附的切屑。珩磨的表面质量主要取决于珩磨液的冲洗效果。当用普通注入式方法向切削区供给珩磨液时,即使流量充足,冲洗效果也很小。此时,在工件和油石面上常会出现积屑或其他粘附物,使工件划伤和呈现微小的隆起。为了克服上述的缺点,国外新近研制出了一种内通道供液珩磨头(作者发明证号1653936)。在磨头本体8的孔内装有弹簧4,其上支承着油石座3,在油石座3上固定有油石7。油石座的两端具有圆柱形凸肩,它们分别同套筒2和9的内卡爪式表面相接触,套筒2和9彼此由心轴6、螺钉1、销钉10、紧固螺钉和弹簧垫圈相连接。定尺寸环11承受轴向力并传给杆12。
Honing must use honing fluid (also known as honing oil), in order to wash away the abrasive particles and the stone attached to the chip. Honing the surface quality depends on the honing fluid rinse effect. When the honing fluid is supplied to the cutting zone by the normal injection method, the flushing effect is small even if the flow rate is sufficient. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, a foreign channel has recently developed a liquid channel honing head (author ID No. 1653936). A spring 4 is mounted in the hole of the grinding head body 8, and an oilstone seat 3 is supported thereon. An oilstone 7 is fixed on the oilstone seat 3. The ends of the oil stone seat have cylindrical shoulders which are respectively in contact with the inner jaw surfaces of the sleeves 2 and 9 which are formed by the mandrel 6, the screw 1, the pin 10, the fastening screw and the spring Washer connected. The sizing ring 11 receives an axial force and transmits it to the rod 12.
