目的:优选丝瓜络中强心成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:选择合适的提取丝瓜络强心成分的方法。利用正交试验法研究乙醇浓度、回流时间及乙醇用量对提取的影响,以蟾蜍的心肌收缩力、丝瓜络总提取物为评价指标综合评分。结果:醇回流法为最合适的提取方法。乙醇浓度对评价指标的影响有显著性意义,回流时间及乙醇用量对评价指标无显著影响。结论:最佳提取工艺为用70%的乙醇回流提取2次,第1次加6倍量乙醇提取1 h,第2次加6倍量乙醇提取0.5 h。
Objective: To optimize the optimum extraction process of heart components in loofah. Methods: Select the appropriate method to extract the loofah’s cardiac components. Orthogonal test was used to study the effects of ethanol concentration, reflux time, and ethanol dosage on the extraction. Comprehensive evaluation was made using the myocardial contractility of loquat and loofah total extract as evaluation indicators. Results: The alcohol reflux method is the most suitable extraction method. The effect of ethanol concentration on the evaluation index was significant, and the reflux time and ethanol dosage had no significant effect on the evaluation index. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is reflux extraction with 70% ethanol twice, the first addition of 6 times ethanol extraction for 1 hour, and the second addition of 6 times ethanol extraction for 0.5 hours.
