目的建立工作场所空气中甲基环己烷的气相色谱测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果100 mg活性炭对甲基环己烷的穿透容量大于15.05 mg,当甲基环己烷的浓度为21.8~127 mg/m3时,采样效率均达99.63%~100%;样品在炭管中至少可保存8 d,方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为4.4%~8.4%;平均解吸效率为91.8%~97.4%;方法的最低检测浓度为0.13 mg/m3;空气中与甲基环己烷共存的苯、甲苯、正己烷、正庚烷等在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中甲基环己烷的现场监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of methylcyclohexane in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods The laboratory experiments and field experiments were conducted in accordance with the requirements of the “Study Norms for the Detection of Toxic Substances in the Air at Work”. Results The permeation capacity of 100 mg activated carbon to methylcyclohexane was more than 15.05 mg. When the concentration of methylcyclohexane was from 21.8 to 127 mg / m3, the sampling efficiency reached 99.63% -100%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of different concentrations are 4.4% -8.4%, and the average desorption efficiencies are 91.8% -97.4%. The minimum detection concentration is 0.13 mg / m3. Methylcyclohexane, benzene, toluene, n-hexane, n-heptane, etc., does not interfere with the determination under the conditions of this method. Conclusion All the indexes of this method meet the requirements of “Research Criteria for Detection Methods of Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplace” and are suitable for on-site monitoring of methylcyclohexane in the air of workplace.
