作者采用正交设计安排试验 ,观察了微波与苯扎溴铵复方消毒剂协同杀菌的影响因素。经载体定量杀菌试验表明 ,6 50W、 2 4 50MHz微波与 50ml含 0 2 %苯扎溴铵的碳酸盐溶液协同作用 3min ,对放于装有外科器械之塑料盒内的不锈钢片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达 10 0 %。在试验范围内 ,杀菌效果受作用时间影响显著 ,受盒内外科器械量影响接近显著 ,受菌片上小牛血清量影响不显著
The author designed the experiment with orthogonal design and observed the influence factors of synergistic sterilization of microwave and benzalkonium bromide compound disinfectant.
