Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on improving early bloating after pediatric liver transplantation. Methods 105 children undergoing liver transplantation were randomly divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the operation date. The observation group to take bundled care, the control group using traditional symptom care. The incidence and duration of early postoperative abdominal distension in both groups were observed and compared, and cognitive differences between parents in feeding two groups were compared. The compliance of nurses in cluster nursing was statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of early bloating and the duration of bloating after operation in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the level of knowledge of feeding parents between the two groups (P <0.01). Nurses are highly accredited for bundled care and have good compliance. Conclusion The intensive nursing care summarized by evidence-based medicine can help to reduce the incidence of early postoperative abdominal distension, shorten the duration of abdominal distension, and improve the cognition of postoperative feeding and nursing knowledge of children.
