[目的]为评价疫苗制造企业综合绩效作基础性的工作。[方法]运用平衡记分法从多个层面进行指标设计。[结果]使用了5个层面包括17个指标作为进行绩效评价的具体内容。[结论]指标的设计可以为建立较合理的疫苗制造企业综合绩效评价指标体系提供参考。
[Objective] To establish the basic work for evaluating the comprehensive performance of vaccine manufacturers. [Method] The balanced score method was used to design indicators from multiple levels. [Result] The five levels including 17 indicators were used as the specific contents of performance evaluation. [Conclusion] The design of indicators can provide reference for establishing a more reasonable index system of comprehensive performance evaluation of vaccine manufacturing enterprises.
