全国电渣焊專业会議于十一月二十五日至十二月一日在哈尔濱召开。参加的有各省(市)工业厅(局)、研究單位、高等学校、工厂等170多个單位的代表共265人。会議采取了现厂参观,專题报告,小組討論的方式进行。开会的第一天,由哈尔濱工业大学朱副校長和机械制造与工艺科学研究院許副院長分别对会議作了指示。接着由焊接研究所所長高村夫同志作了“我国电渣焊的發展和应用情况”的报告。
The national electroslag welding professional conference was held in Harbin from November 25 to December 1. A total of 265 representatives from more than 170 units, including Industry Departments (Bureaus), Research Units, Higher Education Institutions and Factories, attended the meeting. The meeting took the factory visit, special reports, group discussions. On the first day of the meeting, Vice President Zhu of Harbin Institute of Technology and Vice President Xu of the Institute of Machinery Manufacturing and Process Science respectively instructed the meeting. Followed by the Institute of Welding Gao Comrades made a “development and application of electroslag welding in China,” the report.
