企业内部信访维稳工作的对象主体是员工。通过开展信访维稳工作,企业可以倾听员工意见,理顺员工情绪,化解矛盾纠纷,可以体察员工疾苦,维护员工利益,聚集员工智慧,促进和谐稳定和又快又好发展。既然信访维稳工作如此重要,那么对于一个新建企业而言,应该如何从成立之初就打好信访维稳工作的基础,为企业的持续快速健康发展创造一个良好有利的环境呢?下面,本人将结合自己的工作经验和体会提出几点看法。
The main body of the target of the work of maintaining trust within the enterprise is staff. Through the work of petitioning and maintaining stability, enterprises can listen to their opinions, rationalize employees’ emotions and resolve contradictions and disputes. They can observe the hardships of employees, safeguard the interests of employees, gather staff wisdom, and promote harmony, stability and rapid and sound development. Since the work of petitioning and maintaining the stability is so important, how to lay a good foundation for maintaining a stable, rapid and healthy development of the enterprise from the very beginning when it is established?
