利用热分析、X射线衍射和着色金相法详细研究了Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-V-C系合金中V和C量对凝固过律中结晶相的种类和结晶温度的影响,得到了合金成分与凝固组织的关系,建立了(Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-2C)-V和(Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-3V)-C的准二元相图,以及(Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W)-V-C合金的液相面投影图.结果表明,在Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-V-C合金中为获得大量分散的VC共晶组织,在低C时要较高的V量,在高C时所需V量对降低.
The effects of V and C amount on the type of crystallization phase and crystallization temperature in the solidification process of Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-V-C alloy were studied in detail by means of thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and coloration metallography. (Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-2C) -V and (Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-3V) 5W) -V-C alloy liquid phase projection. The results show that in order to obtain a large amount of dispersed VC eutectic structure in Fe-5Cr-5Mo-5W-V-C alloy, a higher V content is obtained at low C and a lower V content at high C.
