As early as 1951, H. Thomas observed in alloys such as Ni-Cr that the hardness and electrical resistivity of the alloy increased in the lower temperature range after heat treatment. This phenomenon was attributed to the fact that A special kind of microstructure-K state formation, we also observed a similar hardness increase on Ni 75 Cr 15 Fe 10. In this paper, the dislocation density and vacancy concentration in cold-rolled samples are estimated by Doppler spread method. At the same time, the influence of the formation of K state on positron annihilation was investigated by measuring the change of positron lifetime and spectral shape parameters with the annealing temperature.
